Sunny Sajnani

Sunny Sajnani is a Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) with expertise in raising debt and equity capital for commercial real estate projects. Prior to joining MMCC, Mr. Sajnani served as a principal and director at Metropolitan Capital Advisors (MCA), where he closed several billion dollars’ worth of transactions and facilitated many large property sales. He began his career with Goldman Sachs, where he focused on structured finance for commercial real estate investment and management.

Since beginning his career, Mr. Sajnani has received various accolades including the "Minority Business Leader Award" from the Dallas Business Journal. He is a member of ICSC, NTCAR, MBA and UT Austin REFIC. Mr. Sajnani received his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
