Porter Rittenhouse

Porter Rittenhouse is the most recent addition to The Blomsterberg-Rife Group which specializes in the sale and acquisition of multifamily investment properties in the Northern Nevada Market. Porter is a fourth-generation Nevadan who has extensive knowledge of the Reno/Tahoe area. While growing up in the area, Porter became familiar with real estate investments through his family and close friends who own and operate several properties in the region.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Porter graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. As part of his graduate studies, he focused on real estate investments and financing to obtain a firm understanding of the real estate industry. During his time in school, Porter competed in the Sontag Entrepreneurship Competition where he became one of five finalists. His high level of performance coupled with the utmost integrity; has been able to cultivate relationships with many multifamily investors in the region.
