Michael Grant specializes in industrial and office asset acquisition and disposition in the New England region, particularly west of Boston proper. Originally from Norwell, MA, Michael attended Providence College, earning a degree in Finance & Management in 2022. With a family background steeped in real estate—his grandfather's successful hotel business and his father's multifamily development and property management company—Michael was hands-on from a young age, gaining invaluable insights into development, team management, leasing, and sales. Joining the Klein Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2023, he swiftly recognized brokerage as the ideal outlet for his entrepreneurial spirit and competitive drive.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael enjoys restoring vintage cars, boating, golfing, and playing pool with friends.
