Luke D. Lamoreaux

Luke Lamoreaux is based in the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), in his home state of Michigan. He originally joined MMCC in August 2020 and was based in Cleveland as a member of the Litzler Team supporting originators in the Cleveland and Columbus offices.

Luke specializes in arranging all forms of financing for all asset types with an emphasis in multifamily products. His experience includes numerous loans closed in the five major asset types (multifamily, retail, office, industrial and hospitality) and other non-traditional asset classes including luxury condominiums, mixed-use, self-storage, mobile home parks, and other special purpose properties. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders. Since joining MMCC in 2020, Luke has been a key contributor to teams that have closed over $1 billion in financing across the country and which have received numerous national production awards.

Prior to joining MMCC, Luke served as an intern analyst at Shostak Brothers & Company.

Luke is a graduate of Alma College, where he earned a B.A in Business Finance and Economics.
