He is solely committed to transacting single-tenant net leased assets as well as the structuring of sale-leasebacks throughout the United States. Jake is situated at Marcus & Millichap’s Columbus office where he is partnered with the Patel Yozwiak Group, a team of top-performing advisors with a track record spanning over 600 transactions across 40 states worth $1.4B+ in investment property sales.

Jake leverages his expertise and takes an advisory approach to provide tailored and strategic services that prioritize his clients’ best interests. He excels in execution and possesses an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market, which allows him to consistently achieve outstanding results for his clients by securing the highest sales price for every transaction.

Jake graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from The Ohio State University in 2019.
