David Romano

David was born and raised in Southeast Louisiana, where his love of the outdoors and land derived from spending countless hours outside hunting, fishing, and ranching. After finishing at Louisiana State University, David moved to Houston upon recognizing the growth opportunities in the surrounding areas. Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, David worked in marketing and business development in the Energy and Construction Space before pursuing a career in aviation as a pilot in the private sector.

David is part of the firm’s Top Land and Redevelopment Group in the US/Canada. He specializes in the North and Northwest Houston markets, specifically Montgomery, Walker, and Grimes Counties, and outside territories in Louisiana. David works closely with landowners and developers alike to help his clients maximize the return on their investments and to achieve their goals by utilizing his creativity and forward thinking towards calculated growth and sustainability in the communities he invests his time in. His specialization centers around being genuinely passionate about his relationships with landowners and bringing a tailor-made approach to support each individual’s specific needs.
In his free time, David loves to travel, cook, spend time with family and friends, and is an avid outdoorsman.
