Zachary Golub is a multi-family specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan Office. He exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout Queens, more specifically in the Astoria, Long Island City, Sunnyside and Woodside sections of the borough.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Golub worked as an apartment rental agent throughout the city. This experience has given him a very analytical eye when it comes to identifying value for multi-family property owners.
Mr. Golub is a member of the National Multi Housing Group. He studied Sociology and Psychology at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana. While attending college, he developed his own mobile bicycle repair business which takes an approach that was often referred to as "AAA for bikes." Additionally, Mr. Golub launched the school's first, ever, Bicycle Share program for student and faculty in an effort to bolster the university's environmental sustainability initiatives.
Mr Golub also gained valuable experience in the worlds of technology, advertising and marketing prior to making commercial real estate his career. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, racquetball, tennis and bocce.
