Yuri Sergunin is a Retail Investment Specialist in the Firm’s founding office located in Palo Alto, California. Yuri exclusively specializes in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate investment properties throughout San Francisco Bay Area. His clients include real estate owners, private investors, local business operators, developers, overseas investors and banking institutions. Yuri is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a background in public accounting and corporate finance, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to the table when serving his clients.

Yuri graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University in Baltimore, MD. He was awarded full tuition scholarship for academic and leadership achievements. Yuri was a Treasurer of Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Honor Society and was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, a professional organization exclusive to the top 10% of academics nationwide. In 2008, Yuri successfully passed a CPA exam and was awarded a prestigious CPA designation.
