Overview

William Kim specializes in Apartments, Net Leased Properties and Retail Shopping Centers throughout the US.  Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kim was a senior advisor of commercial investments at Coldwell Banker and was ranked #1 in Coldwell Banker Fullerton Office.  His dedication and commitment to exceed every client's expectations are evident in his work ethics and negotiations.  He always puts client's interests first above all else.  Mr. Kim is particularly well-versed in providing right investment strategies based on the ages of clients.  From aggressive for younger clients to more conservative for older clients or retirees, he will lay out investment strategies that will maximize return on investments for each group, while maintaining balance.  His simple and straight-forward approaches to what could be a very daunting investment decision, has garnered accolades and recognition from his clients and from his colleagues as well.
 
After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Kim founded a high-tech firm in the Silicon Valley and continued to manage day to day operations until he became a real estate broker in 2002.  He is bilingual in English and Korean and caters to clients of all cultural backgrounds.
