Wesley Christensen

Overview

Wes Christensen specializes exclusively in the sale and acquisition of midscale, upper midscale, and upscale hospitality assets in the Intermountain West. Wes is part of Marcus and Millichap's National Hospitality group of over 80 hotel investment specialists strategically located across the country. He believes that our platform of collaboration and team selling ensures maximum exposure to all buyer tiers in all markets. In 2016, the National Hospitality Group closed 213 hotel transactions, totaling over $1 billion in sales volume.  Based on these results, Marcus & Millichap's National Hospitality Group is the premier single-asset limited service hotel brokerage firm in the industry. 

Since joining the firm, Wes has successfully brokered 19 hotel transactions in the Intermountain West totaling over $107 million in volume.  He currently serves on the board for the local Utah CCIM Chapter. Wes holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Brigham Young University.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Gretchen.  He is an avid basketball player and fan, and was the team captain of the 2005 Texas 5A state championship basketball team.
