Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2011, Wayne was President of a Physician / Medical Group / Hospital Consulting firm. Wayne brings more than 6 years in the healthcare consulting industry and has handled thousands of clients and contracts, valued over $15,000,000 in revenue during his career. Wayne has achieved numerous awards, received several industry recognitions, and repeat satisfied client referrals. His previous real estate experience involves raising development investment capital for commercial medical and retail projects.
