Wallace Schmuck

Wallace is an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office and a member of the firm’s National Multi Housing Group. In this role, Wallace assists owners with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the southeast. Wallace graduated from Birmingham-Southern College with a degree in Business Administration and Management. His enthusiasm for helping others and drive for success helps him connect with prospective investors and clients to provide them with the best service possible.
