Overview

Tyler Iglehart joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013 with the Sales Internship Program. Soon after, Tyler became a part of one of the leading multi-tenant retail teams nation-wide, headed by First Vice President of Investments, Brandon Michaels.  Tyler specializes in multi-tenant retail centers, high street retail, and single tenant properties in the Ventura County area. Under Team Michaels, Tyler has emerged as one of the brightest young brokers in the area, creating a reputation in the market for helping his clients maximize their investment goals and creating the most value. Having grown up in the area, Tyler has developed an in depth knowledge base of his market, including having relationships with the area’s investors.

Team Michaels has successfully closed over 200 commercial real estate transactions totaling in excess of
$600,000,000.  The teams' average of successful closings is within 95% of the original list price.  Team Michaels has been ranked on a national basis for sales the past 8 years.  The combination of extensive market knowledge, a detailed and aggressive marketing plan, and the ability to negotiate on their clients' behalf makes Team Michaels a leader in the industry.  Clients can expect relentless commitment to achieve the best terms, a quick sale, and net the most possible money. 

Tyler graduated from the University of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy and Urban Studies and Planning from the Earl Warren College.
