Timothy Ufkes

Tim Ufkes returned to Marcu & Millichap in 2017 after a 20-year stint as a partner and managing broker at Hendricks & Partners/Berkadia Real Estate Advisors LLC, in Seattle, Washington. Tim began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 1990, working in the firm's Bellevue, Washington office.

Tim has closed more than 250 transactions, including more than 20,000 multifamily units. He has exclusively listed and sold more than $1.5 billion in multifamily properties. Tim attended the University of Washington in Seattle and is a CCIM candidate.
