Overview



Mr. Christensen has over twenty years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with an extensive and varied background in leasing, brokerage and development. His experience includes representing owners and tenants in the industrial, office and retail markets, with a substantial client list. In addition, he served as the marketing director for a 230 acre Class A mixed use development on the northeast side of the city, a joint venture between a locally based national developer and Norfolk Southern railroad. Most recently, Mr. Christensen was a development manager for a major national developer of Fedex facilities across the eastern half of the United States. Today he puts that expertise and background to work on behalf of clients assisting them with the creation and positioning of their investment assets and holdings.
