Terence Vanek is a golf specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s National Golf & Resort Properties Group. As a senior associate, Mr. Vanek has exclusively represented buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the United States. He joined Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office after receiving a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business. Mr. Vanek has been active in real estate management and investment services since 2004, previously as a consultant to a joint mortgage/builder sales effort in Orlando, Florida. His duties included regional leadership responsibility for all operations and loan activity, and he was instrumental in closing over $100 million in loan product. Mr. Vanek received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Duke University.
