As a Senior Regional Real Estate Manager for Target Corporation, he procured and closed on more than 125 new store locations (representing over $300M in corporate real estate investment) throughout the United States. Using his real estate and entrepreneurial background, Terry, also has developed many power centers and Target anchored shopping centers nationally. Terry’s extensive knowledge and unique understanding of the underwriting and investment side of real estate offer his clients a definite advantage throughout the sales process. 
 
Terry is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and licensed real estate broker in the state of Minnesota.
