Suzanne Sharbek

Suzanne is an Associate and member of Marcus & Millichap’s Net Leased Properties Group and National Retail Group. She specializes in advisory and transactional services on multi-tenant and single-tenant net-leased properties throughout the Midwest region. Her particular area of expertise is in healthcare real estate where she focuses on the brokerage of urgent care facilities, outpatient medical clinics, dialysis clinics, and specialty medical facilities, including complex sale-leaseback and portfolio structures. Additionally, Suzanne has experience in brokering retail shopping centers and strips, especially those with medical tenancy, as well as other net-leased retail such as casual dining restaurants and QSR.

Suzanne joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 and quickly found success in adding value to her clients real estate decision-making and brokerage needs, working with both private and institutional investors to assist in building their portfolios and executing dispositions. In 2022, Suzanne partnered with the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap, one of the leading retail and net-leased brokerage teams in the Midwest region, to provide her clients with even better service and access to inventory. She particularly enjoys working with physicians and private investors to help them maximize the value of their real estate holdings and meet their real estate and investment goals.

Originally from Cleveland, Suzanne attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2017. She currently resides in Columbus.
