Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Stor was managing principal and Designated Broker of "HBX" Hospitality Brokerage express (a full service hotel brokerage company) for five years. Formerly, Stor was employed with Cendant Corporation (formerly HFS and now Wyndham Worldwide-franchisor of Wyndham, Wingate, Hawthorne, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Days Inn, Travelodge, Knights Inn, Microtel and Super 8) for 13 years. Stor worked as a Property Improvement Plan (PIP) Consultant performing punchlists for new flags, new franchisees, change of ownerships, tier changes and license renewal. Stor’s spectrum of his career took him to reviewing hotels in all 50 states, Canada and Mexico.

Prior to hotel brokerage and the Cendant Corporation (Wyndham Hotel Group), Stor was a successful food and beverage manager for seasonal resorts in the northwest United States and Doubletree Suites Hotel in Arizona overseeing multiple F&B outlets.
