Stephen Berchelmann joined the San Antonio office of Marcus & Millichap in 2008 with a focus on multi-tenant and single-tenant retail in the San Antonio MSA and South Texas. Stephen has worked on a large variety of properties from grocery anchored shopping centers in major metros to discount stores in small towns. The value Stephen brings to his clients is his understanding of market trends, his knowledge of the local markets, his ability to work through the complexities of real estate transactions, and his strong commitment to perform for his clients. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Stephen worked for four years as a residential real estate appraiser in the San Antonio area. Stephen also spent over two years working for a faith based Non Governmental Organization in the Mexican State of Veracruz in the area of Rural Micro Economic Development. Stephen is a native of San Antonio where he attended St. Mary's University and earned a BA in International Relations.
