Stefen Chraghchian

Senior Director

Stefen Chraghchian joined the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in September 2018. Stefen is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, senior housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

Stefen began his career with MMCC as a Loan Analyst for Sharone Sabar’s team and was promoted to Associate Director in 2020. In the same year, the Encino office of Marcus and Millichap granted Stefen the prestigious award of ‘Rising Star’. In 2021, Stefen received the "Most Improved Agent" Award. In 2022, Stefen was promoted to Director and received the ‘Emerging Core’ Award. Stefen was recently promoted to Senior Director in January of 2023. Over the course of 2.5 years Stefen has closed nearly $225 million in loan volume across more than 53 transactions.

Stefen graduated from the University of Southern California in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also earned a Master of Urban Planning Degree from the University of Southern California in 2021. He has served on the Glendale Planning Commission since 2018 as the youngest appointed commissioner in the city’s history. In 2020, Stefen was elected to the American Planning Association California Chapter Board as its sole Commission Representative for the state. He holds a real estate license from the State of California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Los Angeles Housing Initiative Council.
