Seth J. Richard joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and has helped to develop and shape the team into one of New England’s top retail performers in the brokerage industry. Seth focuses on the analysis, underwriting and positioning of assets in the marketplace in alignment with cutting edge market information that has proven to yield optimal results. Seth has continually surpassed sales goals year after year, selling over $250 million in commercial real estate this past year alone. Seth is an active Director of the firm’s retail specialty group, the National Retail Group (NRG) as well as the State Chair of the ICSC Next Generation Division – which organizes networking and educational events for the retail real estate industry.
