Overview

Sean Westgate joined the Encino office of Marcus & Millichap in 2014 as a member of one of the leading multifamily investment teams in Los Angeles County, Team Luchs. Sean is a multifamily investment advisor, specializing in the acquisition, disposition and repositioning of commercial assets in Los Angeles, with special focus on the Los Feliz, Hollywood, Silver Lake and Glendale submarkets.
 
Prior to working for Marcus & Millichap, Sean worked as an office leasing broker for Cassidy Turley in Downtown Los Angeles from 2013-2014 representing both Landlords and Tenants. Sean's leasing experience gives him perspective and insight to the needs and motivations of investors, and allows him to effectively and efficiently assist his clients in achieving their investment goals. 
 
Sean graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles where he lettered four years as an outside linebacker for the UCLA football team. Sean played in 48 consecutive games and was a two year starter. He earned multiple awards from his coaches and peers, including the PAC-10 All-Academic Team, Second Team All PAC-10 and his team awarded him the honor of the "Highest Scholarship by a Senior" award. Sean's extensive career as a high performance athlete has given him the drive and competitive edge needed to stay ahead of the pack in a such fast-paced and dynamic marketplace.
