Sean Boyle


Sean Boyle specializes in the sale of industrial, retail, and office properties throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He leads Marcus & Millichap's Toronto Office in terms of deals closed over his 4-year tenure with the firm. Throughout Sean's career he has sold more than 250 Million in sales and topped market values in a variety of  assets.
Mr. Boyle has been awarded Toronto's top producer in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and is currently leading the top office team. By focusing solely on industrial, retail, and specializing in office transactions, Sean has been able to analytically underwrite and efficiently run the marketing process within their specialty to achieve the best results for clients.
Sean's experience in commercial real estate extends two decades as a real estate broker and broker of record. Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Sean's career started at CBRE working alongside one of the top brokers in the firm. He later opened and operated his own Commercial Brokerage before helping lay the foundation of Marcus & Millichap Toronto.
Sean attended Queen's University where he received an honours degree in Arts and Business.
