Scott Wiles is a Senior Director and First Vice President Investments within Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. Scott specializes in the acquisition and disposition of retail shopping centers in the Midwest region and net-leased investments throughout the country. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and has since partnered up with Erin Patton and Craig Fuller to form one of the top retail sales teams in the nation. The Patton/Wiles/Fuller team has since expanded to include Jim Stonehill, Dustin Javitch, CJ Jackson, Nick LiBassi and Josephine Zupan. Additionally, the team has a talented support staff consisting of two full-time marketing coordinators, a transaction-management specialist, a financial analyst, a team manager, and two buyer/lead generators. In his time with Marcus & Millichap Scott has successfully brokered more than $1.3 Billion, totaling 17.5 million square feet, of retail property sales. He has consistently been recognized as a top 25 shopping center Broker nationally, and the top shopping center Broker in the Midwest. Scott graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland where he received Bachelor degrees in both Finance and Economics.
