Scott Niedergang joined Marcus & Millichap in 2007, and after eighteen months in the Sales Intern Program, transitioned into brokerage as an Associate in the firm’s National Healthcare Real Estate Group. He was promoted to Senior Associate in April of 2012, became an Associate Vice President of Investments in September of 2013, and was inducted as a Vice President of Investments in July of 2015.
Scott’s sole focus is advising healthcare real estate investors on the valuation and monetization of assets nationwide including single property and portfolio dispositions. He has represented and maintains relationships with a national network of medical office developers, real estate investment trusts, physicians, family trusts and private investors. As of January 1st, 2016, he has personally closed over eighty transactions in eighteen states. His portfolio of transactions include multi-tenant medical office buildings, dialysis clinics, Department of Veteran Affairs Clinics, ambulatory surgery centers and outpatient centers.
