Mr. Hook specializes in exclusive representation of Sellers and Buyers in Single Tenant and Multi-Tenant Retail Properties throughout the Western United States, with emphasis on the Greater Southern California Region. Having sold over 500 commercial properties in the past 30 years, Mr. Hook has consistently delivered record sales prices for his Sellers, while securing opportunities for the Buyers he represents. Mr. Hook advises his clients on successful acquisition and disposition strategies and provides advisory services as to how to more effectively market and reposition his clients’ assets to maximize cash flow and disposition value. Mr. Hook is a graduate of the University Southern California (USC), earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Marketing, with additional studies in architecture at Cal Poly Pomona and Cambridge University, England. Mr. Hook holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
