Overview

Scott J. Havericak, J.D. is a Senior Investment Associate with the firm’s National Hospitality Group. Since joining the firm, Scott has become well versed in hospitality transactions and trends.  He has a well developed skill set of contract negotiation and sales experience, which helps investors achieve their financial goals. Scott possesses an analytical and practical approach to working with hotel owners to facilitate their desired economic goals, in the acquisition and disposition of hotel assets. His careful attention to emerging trends and intimate understanding of the hospitality market provide owners with the most valuable, up to date market information. Scott graduated from Bowling Green State University with a dual degree in Political Science and Environmental Policy.  Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Scott, graduated from Nova Southeastern University with a law degree, and worked for a multinational corporation as a Law Firm Consultant, in an advisory sales position.  His experience in c-level negotiations is an integral part of his skill set that helps investors achieve their desired outcome in hotel transactions.
