Scott Harris is a Senior Vice President in the firm's Oak Brook, Ilinois, office. He specializes in multi-family properties and leased investment sales throughout the Midwest. His focus includes Affordable Housing projects. During his career, Scott completed more than 423 transactions valued at over $2.2 billion. Mr. Harris mentored multiple agents who have gone on to become successful agents within the firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois.

Our team consists real estate professionals including licensed investment sales professionals and a transaction coordinator. Our collective experience and expertise allows us to provide a complete range of commercial real estate brokerage services to our clients.
Adele Flechsig- Transaction Coordinator - Triton College – Course work 1989 – 1992 Primary responsibilities consist of coordinating all aspects of the real estate sales process. Manages distribution of all marketing tools including mass email campaigns, offering memorandums, property brochures and property postcards. Sends out marketing packages for listed properties. In addition, schedules property showings and coordinates site inspections for prospective purchasers. In charge of receiving and delivering due diligence items, tracking contract dates, verifying deposits held in escrow accounts and distributing closing documents. Other duties include creating contingency removals and addendums for sales contracts. Maintains property/principal database, as well as publishing yearly newsletter.
Michael Brower – Financial Analyst - University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana – Graduated in 2014 with a major in Finance. Primarily responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of investment properties, evaluating sales trends, market leasing and sales comparability studies. In addition, creates market positioning proposals for prospective clients and prepares marketing packages for listed properties. 

Nick Hillard - Associate - Nick joined Marcus and Millichap in March of 2013, as part of the Senior Intern Program. Nick worked directly under the tutelage of Scott Harris, a 25+ year veteran of Marcus and Millichap specializing in multi-family assets throughout the Midwest. During this time frame, Nick assisted Scott in underwriting over $350,000,000 in multifamily assets and assisted in closing transactions of over $200,000,000. These transactions have included both Section 42 LIHTC and Section 8 properties.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Nick previously worked as Assistant Project Manager for a national contractor focusing on commercial construction including ground-up and tenant improvements. Nick’s real estate career began in London, England as an Intern for the Development and Asset Strategy Team of Jones Lang LaSalle while assisting with major redevelopments across London, including the Olympic Village and the redevelopment of Elizabeth House and Waterloo Station’s International Terminal.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with double majors in Structural Engineering and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis. Nick is a member of Young Real Estate Professionals and an associate of Washington University’s Chicago Professional Network.
