Salleh Beitollahi

Overview

Salleh was born in Pasadena and raised in Burbank and Glendale.  As a youth he would help with renovations and maintenance of the family’s apartment building in Glendale, and later went on to attend California State University Northridge. While in school Salleh undertook a sales position with Hostetter Financial Group. He set up tax sheltered annuities and life insurance policies with living benefits to help
his clients and their families.  After graduating in 2012 with Dean’s List Honors and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Salleh took a position with the Los Angeles Clippers Community Relations department.  From his time with the Clippers, Salleh was able to develop relationships with community leaders, sports agents, and business executives.

In 2013, Salleh accepted a position with Marcus & Millichap and, within his first year, received the esteemed PaceSetter award, designed to recognize the firm’s top 1% of new associates.  He focuses on understanding clients’ goals in order to determine the optimal acquisition, disposition, or financing strategy to employ. Salleh actively engages into each step of his client’s goals.  His advisory position serves the procurement of attractive investments, marketing of an asset, qualifying buyers, and exploring financing solutions to help his clients.
