Overview

Ryan Rothstein-Serling joined Marcus & Millichap’s Encino Office in 2014 as a full-time Investment Sales Associate. The combination of his background, strong work ethic and competitive nature made him a great fit for the Agnew Kelly Team, where he has honed his skills and focus to become a specialist in Office and Industrial Real Estate throughout the San Fernando Valley. This specialization, along with the Team’s combined 25 years of experience has allowed Ryan to build relationships with local property owners and fulfill the needs of his clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked at Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., a full service real estate company, in their commercial real estate management department. While at Charles Dunn, Ryan assisted in the responsible management of over 5 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties. The tools and experience he gained in property management, as well as being an investment property owner himself, allow him to better understand and work with investors.

Ryan graduated from Ithaca College with Honors, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and management and a minor in economics.
