Ryan Bowlby


Ryan J. Bowlby is a Senior Associate / Associate Director with Marcus & Millichap and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail properties. 

Ryan has participated in the brokerage of approximately $800 million worth of real estate and has closed properties in ten different states, mostly focused in the Rocky Mountain and Midwest Regions. Ryan has over 11 years of experience, and closed properties, in all variances of retail properties including: neighborhood strips, grocery anchored shopping centers, regional malls, power centers and single tenant net leased. Ryan has an extensive background in the use of Argus and financial analysis. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Ryan attended CU Boulder after obtaining a degree in Finance and Real Estate in 2005.
