Russ Moroz is an Associate Director of the National Office & Industrial Properties Group and the National Retail Group specializing exclusively in selling medical, office, and retail investment properties. Mr. Moroz has negotiated complex transactions in multiple states and has represented financial institutions, investors, physicians, developers, and foreign nationals.
 
Mr. Moroz has been quoted by news publications for his expertise in commercial real estate and has been highlighted in the “Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate” feature in the Sacramento Business Journal. He was nominated for the prestigious Broker of the Year award by the Association of Commercial Real Estate in Sacramento and won the Rookie of the Year award in the Sacramento Office of Marcus & Millichap.
 
Mr. Moroz is the former president of the Real Estate Organization at California State University, Sacramento and maintains an active involvement with various commercial real estate trade organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
 
A passionate public speaker, he has been asked to serve as the master of ceremonies and host of numerous events. He is fluent in Russian and is an avid certified open water diver.
