  Robert Perkins is a Multifamily specialist in the firm's Downtown Los Angeles office. As an Associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of Multifamily properties throughout the USC, and Mid-City market areas. As a USC alumni and multi-family investor himself, Robert brings a unique perspective to his in depth understanding of the market place. Robert is committed to working with families and individuals to help them arrive at real estate investment plans that are optimized to meet their financial goals.

Robert is directly involved with every aspect of the transaction. From preparing a detailed marketing package, executing a strategic marketing plan, qualifying buyers, coordinating inspections, and managing the escrow process. Robert communicates the progress with his clients every step of the way. During the course of his training and his career, he has developed essential analytical  skills to help clients identify and capitalize on value opportunities. As a member of the nation's leading investment brokerage firm, he is able to deliver unsurpassed service making a paramount difference in the clients decision making process.

Robert graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997 with a Bachelors of Music and later returned to USC to earn a Masters of Jazz Studies in 2002. Robert spent fifteen years traveling the world as a touring drummer with various international recording artists.

Robert is also a CrossFit athlete, student of Krav Maga, Eagle Scout, and lover of fine food and wine.
