Overview

Rick Raymundo is First Vice President of Investments and serves as Senior Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi-Housing Group.  Specializing in the sale and acquisition of multi-family housing properties, Rick is respected as one of the top producers in Los Angeles County.  Rick has a broad background of real estate experience, having worked over fourteen years in the commercial brokerage and lending fields.  Prior to his association with Marcus and Millichap, Rick served as a loan consultant with Washington Mutual.
 
Rick attributes his success to a combination of his intimate market knowledge, tenacious negotiating, proactive problem-solving, tireless work ethic, and steadfast commitment to clients.  Since joining Marcus & Millichap, he has successfully closed transactions valued over $410,000,000. After being awarded Rookie of the Year in 2003, Rick has earned eleven of the firm’s prestigious Sales Recognition Awards. In addition, he has finished in the top three in sales among multi-family agents in the Los Angeles office for twelve consecutive years, and in the top ten overall in the Los Angeles office during that same period. Also, he has been bestowed the firm’s National Achievement Award on several occasions. Despite his short tenure at Marcus & Millichap, Rick gained early membership into Marcus & Millichap’s exclusive Seven Figure Club in 2006, and currently ranks in the firm’s top 8% in career earnings. In January 2015, Rick Raymundo earned the exclusive designation of First Vice President | Investments - a title held by only 65 agents nationwide.

Raymundo Investments of Marcus & Millichap

Philip Rodgers serves as a Partner with Raymundo Investments.  He specializes in strengthening client relationships, sourcing new investment opportunities, generating new business, and overseeing current transactions.  Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap in 2004, he worked with Winston & Winston Real Estate in the District of Columbia.  His impressive sales record at Marcus & Millichap earned him the Pace Setter Award in 2005.  He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration, with a dual major in Marketing and Management as well as a minor in Psychology, from Georgetown University.

 

Andres Diaz, an investment associate with Raymundo Investments of Marcus & Millichap, specializes in the sale and acquisition of apartment buildings in Los Angeles County.  His experience in real estate began at an early age helping conduct and manage affordable housing buildings throughout California.  Due to his early success and hard work, Diaz was awarded the firm’s prestigious Pace Setter Award, thus recognized as one of the best new agents of the firm.  His thorough market knowledge and attention to detail has enabled him to be ranked in the top 20 overall in the Los Angeles office year-to-date.  Andres graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where he simultaneously lettered for the cross country & track and field team and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies.  Andres’ career as a NCAA Division 1 athlete has given him the competitive edge necessary to excel in a competitive and fast-paced environment.  Born and raised in Los Angeles, Andres attended Loyola High School – a private, college preparatory centrally located in the heart of the city which serves as a benefit to his clients because he has earned an intimate understanding of area's real estate drivers.
  
 
Erika Chow, an investment associate with Raymundo Investments of Marcus & Millichap, specializes in the sale and acquisition of apartment buildings in Los Angeles County. Real estate brokerage and ownership has been in her family for over 30 years. This has had a tremendous impact on her career. After receiving her real estate license, she advanced her knowledge of real estate by managing several portfolio commercial buildings. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Erika has earned the prestigious Pacesetter Award which is a reflection of her commitment to excellence, extensive knowledge of the marketplace, and relentless work ethic. Erika earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University of Long Beach. During her time at the University, she achieved the Dean’s Honor Roll.
