Richard is an investment sales professional specializing in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties throughout Miami-Dade County. He joined Marcus & Millichap's Miami office in 2012 under the Sale Intern Program, became an agent in the firm's Fort Lauderdale office in 2014 and has since built upon the experience to develop a comprehensive understanding of real estate business in terms of financial analysis and market research. His attention to detail and ability to audit properties financials, leases, and position in the market place make him essential to helping clients create and preserve their wealth. Richard graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and Economics with a concentration in Real Estate Investment Analysis.
