Richard graduated from Fordham’s University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he majored in Finance. He began his career with The NNN Pro Group as an intern during his senior year at Fordham. His primary focus was studying the net-leased marketplace in New York City, specifically banks, pharmacies, and fast food restaurants. Upon graduation, he expanded his research to other major counties in New York State. He has since expanded his reach to the entire Northeast, where he travels on a daily basis, building relationships with triple-net (NNN) buyers and sellers.
