Reed Melillo is a Corporate Real Estate Advisor and Investment Sales Broker, specializing in portfolio oversight and strategic acquisitions & dispositions of leased and owned real estate assets for private equity groups, corporations and franchise operators. Centered exclusively on the representation of operators, his business requires an acute understanding of underwriting operational financials, tailoring each portfolio strategy to the individual needs and capabilities of the operator at the unit-level.
A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Mr. Melillo draws on his pervasive understanding of business economics, finance and game-theory to advise his clients in sale leaseback & buyback execution, the nuances of term negotiation, and to consistently position his clients at their most favorable terms.
