Rainier graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. He established himself as a key player at Marcus & Millichap by winning the firm's prestigious "Pacesetter Award," earned by agents who meet above-average activity levels in the early stages of their career.
Rainier leads the single tenant net leased division for the Lising Retail Advisors of Marcus & Millichap. With a primary focus on restaurant properties, he works with restaurant corporations, publicly traded REITS, private equity funds, franchisee operators, family offices, and high net-worth individuals seeking to optimize their real estate portfolio ultimately leading to increases in security, capital, or cash flow. In addition to standard net leased investment sales, Rainier is an expert on utilizing Sale-Leaseback transactions as a financial instrument to maximize the accounting benefits and business goals of his clients. His vast knowledge and deep industry relationships have allowed him to strategically advise clients and help them make educated and data-driven real estate decisions.
