Raffaele Guglielmelli

Raffaele Guglielmelli is with the National Seniors Housing Group, joining us in our new Ottawa, Canada office. Raffaele has close to thirty years and nearly $1 billion in transactional experience in commercial real estate. He is experienced in capital markets, financial services and investment sales with a dedicated focus on seniors housing and healthcare. He is considered a market leader in Canada in seniors housing, independent and assisted living, congregate and long-term care. Raffaele graduated from Ottawa University with a Bachelors of Commerce degree. He and his wife share three adult children between them, Christopher, Rachel and David. Raffaele enjoys travel and fine food, but most of all his family and friends.
