Phil has worked in commercial real estate since 2008, as a broker and analyst. His focus is to consistently help his clients create and preserve wealth in their real estate by partnering with them, understanding their goals and leveraging the Marcus & Millichap platform to achieve them.
 
Prior to Marcus & Millichap, Phil worked as a portfolio analyst with some of the largest US and Canadian real estate funds, helping them maximize returns on multi-billion dollar portfolios, asset by asset.
