Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is a Senior Director with the Atlanta office of Marcus & Millichap and specializes in office, medical office and industrial investment sales. During his 40 years in the commercial real estate business, Mr. Johnson has been involved in the sales and leasing of office, flex, industrial, R&D, and retail properties in the Boston and Atlanta markets.

Early in his career, Mr. Johnson was a top producer with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Boston and eventually launched the Cushman and Wakefield office where he served as Managing Director. Mr. Johnson later founded Boston Real Estate Partners, a full service real estate firm. In 1996, Mr. Johnson founded the Atlanta Real Estate Partners (AREP) which serviced metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

Mr. Johnson's wide range of knowledge has lent itself to numerous development, land sales and brokerage deals totaling several million square feet. Overall, Mr. Johnson’s total career volume is close to $3 billion in sale and lease transactions.
