Paul A. Bitonti serves as Vice President Investments specializing in the sale of retail investment properties including net-leased investments and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States.
 
Paul began his career with Marcus & Millichap in December 2001 working as a retail investment broker in Newport Beach, California.  Paul has achieved multiple sales awards some of which include being ranked in the top 20 firm wide. Additionally, Paul has achieved a #1 ranking several times at the Newport Beach office and finished in the top ten ranking for the last 9 years. In 2015 Paul set a record nationally for the lowest cap rate for a Drugstore sale in the country. Paul is well known for being a true asset to his clients in helping them achieve their investment objectives.
 
Paul has transacted in excess of $350 million in retail sales and is currently a Top 10 Agent at the Marcus & Millichap Newport Beach office.
