Overview

Nick Totah specializes in leased investment properties. His expertise encompasses the geographic areas of Downtown, Hillcrest, North Park and other San Diego county neighborhoods.
 
Nick joined Marcus & Millichap to provide his clients with optimal positioning in the marketplace, both locally and nationally. As the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment firm, Marcus & Millichap  offers access to an exclusive network of investment opportunities, featuring a diverse selection of inventory.
 
In 2013, Nick was awarded San Diego's "Top New Agent" by Marcus & Millichap. He then became a "Top 20 Agent" with the National Office & Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG). In 2015, Nick sold an entire city block consisting of nine parcels in Hillcrest as part of a $17.5 million portfolio sale. By 2016, Nick was appointed the designation of Associate Director of the National Office and Industrial Properties Group.  
 
Nick leads San Diego's Office & Industrial Advisory Group along with Ben Tashakorian.  The team combines over 25 years of experience, with over 4.7 million square feet of commercial real estate sold. Over 180 properties have been sold, valued at over $600 million in assets.

Nick is heavily involved with the real estate community.  He is an active participant in the Burnham-Moore’s Center for Real Estate at University of San Diego and holds memberships in a wide range of organizations, including NAIOP’s Developing Leaders and The Lincoln Club.
