Nick LiBassi

Nick LiBassi is an agent and business manager with the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group of Marcus & Millichap (PWF) - the leading shopping center brokerage team in the Midwest and one of the top shopping center brokerage teams in the country. In his role as business manager, Nick directs and oversees the daily operations within the PWF team, liaises between the team’s partners, agents, and support staff, and leads strategic marketing, operational, and business development initiatives.

As an agent, Nick provides advisory and transactional services on retail shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased retail and medical properties throughout Ohio and the Midwest. He has distinguished himself in the private client segment of the market, where his work ethic, integrity, diligence, and deep product & tenant knowledge has made him a trusted broker in exclusive listing dispositions and buy-side representation for numerous private individuals, family trusts, partnerships, and developers. He leverages his strong real estate and finance experience to provide comprehensive advisory services on numerous aspects – buying, selling, leasing, exchanging, and financing – of commercial real estate, adding value to his clients’ decision-making processes.

Nick started his career with the Patton | Wiles | Fuller Group in 2012. With a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Nick has seen the PWF team grow from 6 individuals to 18 agents and full-time support staff, and has been involved in over $2 billion of retail investment property sales. He attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in real estate and investment finance. He resides in Cleveland with his wife and son.
