Neal Waldman is a commercial investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap`s Phoenix Office. As a Senior Associate, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers in commercial investments throughout the southwest area. Neal has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry operating in Texas, Arizona and Colorado. Neal has closed over 250 investment real estate transactions valued at over 400 million dollars. He has wide experience in brokering, leasing and developing different commercial property types. Neal has been affiliated with organizations such as ICSC, NAIOP and REIAC. He has also been a council member on the Scottsdale Board of Adjustments and was a member of SAXA Development’s Board of Directors.

Neal graduated with a marketing and management degree from Philadelphia University and has a master's degree in counseling from the University of Phoenix. He holds real estate broker's licenses in Arizona and Texas (inactive).
