Nathan Pealer

Nathan Pealer serves as First Vice President Investments in the Columbus, Ohio office. Nathan specializes in representing sellers of Industrial property and has been with Marcus & Millichap since 2005. His clients include private investors, private equity funds, syndicators, developers, business owners, lenders and institutions in the disposition of Industrial properties and other commercial investment properties.

Throughout his career at Marcus & Millichap, Nathan has earned multiple National Achievement Awards. He attended Pomona College and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Nathan serves as a Member of the Program Committee of NAIOP, Central Ohio Chapter.
