Nathan McElroy

Nathan McElroy is an office and medical office specialist in the firm's Raleigh, North Carolina office. He focuses on exclusively representing buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the Southeast region.  Nathan advises and assists investors in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant office and medical office assets, with an emphasis on exclusive seller representation. He provides clients with access to the largest pool of regional, national, and international qualified investors to create a competitive bidding environment upon asset disposition. His financial and analytical background enable him to provide comprehensive real estate services that include valuation analytics, financial analysis, property marketing, strategic planning, and 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Nathan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Finance.  Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he spent 12 years in investment banking, facilitating the syndicated financing operations, mergers, and acquisitions of corporations and governments.  Nathan is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
