Overview

Mike’s business practice focuses on the representation of property owners of Office and Industrial properties in the Phoenix, Arizona Metro market and selects municipalities across the country. As a real estate advisor, Mike guides his clients through the complicated process of clarifying their wants and needs, identifying alternatives and negotiating a sale or purchase that fits the clients overall business strategy. On the investment sale side, Mike’s deep institutional and private relationships, and his understanding of seller’s needs, allows Mike to advise buyers and sellers on how to both attract tenants to an owner’s property, and get a completed sale transaction completed that makes economic sense for all parties. His diverse investment background is invaluable in understanding how to structure complicated sale lease back and investment sale transactions and provide investors with sophisticated investment advice. Mike has also developed and is a principal of a number of syndicated real estate transactions.

Mike has spent more than Eighteen years in the Phoenix, Arizona commercial real estate brokerage, investment and development community. Mike currently works in the National Office & Industrial Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap advising both private and public building owners, landlords, developers on commercial real estate acquisition and disposition strategies and negotiations with lenders.  Mike was previously with NAI and Grubb & Ellis Brokerage Firms and worked for Presidio Realty Investments a fund Between Hunt Realty and Lonestar Funds out of Dallas, Texas.

Throughout his brokerage career, Mike has been involved in more than 500 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions totaling over $1 billion in his career.
 
Mr. Myrick is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
 
Mike has earned the coveted CCIM designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor and user. He has received numerous awards from civic, publishing and real estate organizations for major transactions and civic involvement. Mike currently President of the Tempe Sports Authority charity and is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and a member of the CCIM Institute.
