Michael Crocchiola is an office and industrial specialist in the firm’s Miami Office. Michael has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate industry. Michael has extensive knowledge in his product specialty and has earned the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf. Michael exclusively represents clients throughout the USA with a focus on the South Florida market.

Michael began his career as an electrical engineer and spent 17 years assisting with designing and engineering surgical and medical devices. He was an instrumental mentor of his team.

In 2019 Michael completed the sale of a high profile 50,000 square foot office portfolio receiving multiple offers, resulting in one of the highest prices achieved in that market in over 10 years.
